At United Windows, we have heard your concerns about Covid-19 and would like to tell you that nothing matters more to us than the safety of our customers and the United Windows team members. We are committed to the safety of our customers and our team members. As the COVID-19 virus situation continues to unfold, we are taking extra steps to ensure the health and well-being of our team members and customers.
The situation remains very fluid but we are paying attention and following the direction of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). We also remain abreast of implementation of protocols by local health authorities. That being said as a contractor and construction company that provides a necessary service to keep your home secure, we are exempt from any shutdown. We will be keeping our team members updated with information about best practices to keep themselves and immediate family in good health.
We have received emails and phone calls expressing concerns and the following are just some of the actions we are taking to keep our team members and customers safe. We are being careful with in-person interactions, as follows:

- No Showroom and/or factory visits
- Limited contact, No handshakes.
- Limited switchboard hours of 10 am to 2 pm Monday through Friday
- Practicing social distancing.
- Frequent handwashing
- Hand sanitizing
- Rescheduling installation at customers request
- Development of On-line quotation system to limit in-person interaction
We are currently operating with these additional steps to ensure safety. Although we are still open and operating, we understand you might be concerned about installations in your home. We will be ready to serve you when you are ready for us.
Our manufacturing facilities are operating as usual. In the event that there are changes in production ready dates or installation timelines due to these current events we will advise you.
